Hello and Blessings to my Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
My sole purpose in creating this blog is to share with you the insights I receive from the Lord as I do my own daily devotions. So many times, we read scripture and just breeze past some very important phrases and verses. My aim is to move us to think, ask questions, draw closer to Jesus through a deeper understanding of the word. I am not a professional by any means, but I have a deep love of Christ, his word, and a very inquisitive, searching spirit. Therefore, every time I read my bible I end up researching something profound. Out God is a truly awesome God!! “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." Matt 7:7 Believe me, I ask every day!!!!
There is no order to the way I pick a scripture. I'm trying my best to read the bible through in a year, but a word or a phrase or a verse will grab me and I'm off to discovery land. Every day is a new adventure with Holy Spirit and I'm excited to wake up every day and see what new things are in store for me scripturally. I am NEVER disappointed.
